Thai yoga massage is a traditional healing system combining acupressure, stimulation and manipulation of energy lines called sen. We'll also assist yoga postures, breathing and meditation to bring the body into a state of deep relaxation.

Tok Sen massage is an ancient northern Thai practice that involves the use of a special wooden hammer. Tok is a strike or tap, whilst Sen refers to the meridian lines in the body. Put these two things together and you get a treatment where your body's lines are tapped with a mallet from a tamarind tree. This creates a resonating, healing vibration that's designed to clear blocked energy and goes deep into your muscles.
